Control your installations

Key is a software developed by Kaptia for the management of access controls in facilities. For each facility you can create as many access as there are entry points you want to control. You can install the Kaptia device that best suits the access method. For example: Kaptia Kode device with remote controls for garage access or Kaptia µKard proximity Tag access for main access.

Create your facility in Key

This is the basic process that you must perform every time you want to create a new facility with Kaptia Key. Follow these steps to create, configure your facility and program the keys that you will deliver to the users.

Create the facility

The first step is to create the new facility

Enter a name and your location

Create the accesses

Add as many accesses as doors you want to control.

Configure devices

In each of the accesses created previously, you must add the access control devices.

Create users

Create one or as many users as you need.

Create a key

The last step is to create the keys that users will use to access.
